Three choices that can change everything

Can you believe we’re now at the end of the first quarter of 2023?

If you’re in any way feeling unfulfilled, stuck, or frustrated and you want to avoid another year of the same emotions, I have good news! You have the ability, right now, to turn it all around. Because YOU have the power to decide what to focus on, at any time and in any moment.

Our destiny is determined NOT by conditions, but by our decisions. We’re all making three decisions consciously or unconsciously. And when you’re aware of what these are, you can power up your decision-making muscle to gain more clarity, joy and fulfilment in life.

What do I choose to FOCUS on?

Energy flows where our focus goes and what we choose to focus on affects our whole life. Rather than focus on fear, negativity or doubt, what if you spent this time focusing on gratitude or cultivating a growth mindset?

What do I choose to make this MEAN?

The meaning you assign to things shapes how you feel about an event or situation. For example, is someone criticizing you, or instead offering constructive insights?

Successful people take any experience and make it work for them. If you choose to focus on creating an empowering meaning, your brain will find the resources to make it happen.

What do I choose to DO?

How do you choose to respond (rather than react)? How can you grow at this moment?

If you’re annoyed, you’re going to do something different than if you’re feeling grateful.

Meaning has a significant impact on the actions you take (or don’t take)!

If you can make decisions from a world where you’re in control – rather than the external world controlling you, you’re able to shift habits and emotions and raise your standards so your decisions empower you to reach your next level.

And remember, even the tiniest decision has the power to dramatically transform your life for the better, both now and into the future.
